A traditional consultant may show up, diagnose the problem, hand you a deck and then leave.
I embed in your team, both diagnose the problem and implement the solution, and work alongside you as new problems arise.
Full Time Hire
A full time hire requires lots of investment in time and upfront salary, and there are risks to ending a full time employee relationship.
With my level of experience, I can ramp quickly and deliver value to your business faster than your average employee. My contract has flexible ending terms, lowering the legal risk.
